The First Lady and President Obama welcomed India’s prime minister, Manmohan Singh, and his wife Gursharan Kaur.

Michelle Obama wore a gorgeous gown designed by Mumbai born designer, Naeem Khan. It was her first official State Dinner at the White House and she could not have looked more fabulous.

Khan custom designed the nude colored strapless gown with a floral pattern made of silver sequins. Khan was incredibly delighted and speechless that the First Lady chose his design to wear for the event. She looked even more incredible than he had imagined!
